Background

Before 1990 Bhadra is consider one of the most Backward block of District  Hanumangarh.70 % of the population of Bhadra was less educated on that time & people of the Bhadra had to spend their life below poverty line due lack of education & Skills. Over 90 % youth power was vested in non productive activity & the result was that their survival was getting tuff.

 

Bal Gangadhar Tilak Shikshan Sansthan is managed by the member of Maharaja Agersain Foundation establish in 1990 & such foundation also starts its operation by establishing one Hindi medium school at primary level with only 76 student in the Bhadra city. Foundation main objective to start maharaja Agersain Senior secondary school is to provide School Education .in the year of 1995 Foundation upgrade its school at Middle level & after that they upgrade it up to Senior Secondary Level in 2002 by providing education in the field of science, commerce & arts with approximate 700 student .in 2006 Foundation added one more achievement when they start Degree college.

 

At the time of starting such degree college there was no any Degree college in this area & for higher education student had to travel almost 120 km in a day. Maharaja Agersain Degree College is consider one of the most prestigious & well Renowned college of entire maharaja ganga singh university Bikaner by providing quality education in degree & post degree Courses. At present almost 7000 student are enrol & Getting higher education from this college.After that They also Founded one ITI college where they are providing technical education & job oriented training.

Furthermore Bal Gangadhar tilak Society is planning to start one PARA Medical College & they have plan to establish same education hub in 5 more village in the state of Rajasthan, Punjab & Haryana’s

 

Apart from the above planning Bal gangadhar Tilak Shikshan Sansthan also entered in Skill based Training by providing training to the less educated person. Last three year more than 600 students was trained by this society & almost 60% of such trainee obtain jobs from some organisation or start their own enterprises
